EVOLVE COHORT PROGRAM
For Communities Ready to Go Deeper
Some communities arrive at the question of women’s authority and calling after a rupture — a conflict, a resignation, a vote that changed everything. Others arrive more quietly, through a growing sense that something inherited has never quite been examined. Either way, the moment comes when a single conversation is not enough. When the question is not just what happened but why — and what it will take to build something different.
The 6R Cohort is for that moment.
The Journey
Building Narrative Literacy Together
Eveolve, guides groups through See in Purple’s 6Rs — a sustained, multi-method formation journey for communities ready to move from awareness into deeper reckoning. It is dialogic throughout — drawing on Reflective Structured Dialogue to maintain structure, dignity, and community agreements across every session. But it is larger than any single methodology. Because genuine transformation is larger than any single methodology.
Alongside structured dialogue, the cohort incorporates theological and genealogical study — tracing where inherited narratives about women and authority actually came from, and what the tradition has always said underneath the distortion. It incorporates narrative inquiry — examining the stories participants carry and the stories their communities reproduce. It incorporates somatic practice — because the body holds what the mind has not yet named, and repair that bypasses the body is incomplete. And it incorporates extended reflection — journaling, longer pauses, space for the kind of slow knowing that formation actually requires.
This is not a workshop. It is not a seminar. It is a process of communal becoming — structured enough to hold difficult content, spacious enough to honor the pace that genuine reckoning requires.
The Arc: Six Movements Toward Repair
The cohort moves through six developmental movements — each one creating the conditions for the next.

Naming what actually happened. Not the managed version. What the story did in real bodies, real callings, and real relationships over real time.
