With over two decades of experience in storytelling, media production, and strategic communications, Yvette has built a career helping institutions and communities clarify their message, navigate complexity, and engage audiences with depth and integrity. As the founder of Purple Sky Creative, she has partnered with higher education institutions, nonprofits, and cultural organizations to shape narratives that matter.

Her work has evolved beyond storytelling as content into storytelling as formation. Today, she is a dialogue facilitator, narrative researcher, and emerging scholar in qualitative research, with formal training in: Interdisciplinary qualitative research (University of Georgia), Reflective Structured Dialogue (Essential Partners), Restorative Justice facilitation, and Compassion-based and contemplative practices (Emory University)

She is also the co-founder of King Culture Inc., where she has designed and facilitated programs focused on leadership development, economic mobility, and long-term well-being for young men.
Across all of her work, a central question persists: How do we create conditions where we can see more clearly, relate more humanely, and transform across the diaspora?

Saba brings a decade of clinical experience in cardiac ultrasound — across adult and pediatric hospital settings — into conversation with a lifelong formation inside the Black Church. Raised in Tempe, Arizona, in a family of pastors, deacons, and prayer warriors, and a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Global Health and a minor in Political Science, she brings both a clinician's precision and an insider's fluency to questions at the intersection of health, gender, race, and theology.

Her work is grounded in a conviction that good theology bears good fruit — and that when it doesn't, the frameworks responsible are not permanent fixtures of faith but inherited structures that can be examined and rebuilt. She is particularly engaged with what this work means for the future of the Black Church in America, and for the flourishing of Black women within it.

Saba lives in southwest Atlanta with her husband, Dr. James "JJ" Francis, and their four-year-old son. She volunteers with community-driven greenspace activation and preservation, helping identify funding opportunities for resident-led initiatives in underserved neighborhoods.

Spencer is currently the Lead Restorative Justice Facilitator for the Georgia Justice Project, where he creates spaces for healing, restoration, and reconciliation.

He is also the Co–Founder and Executive Director of NO HARM, National Organization for Healing and Redefining Manhood. He is a teacher, author, minister, and conflict transformation practitioner who specializes in working with men and boys as it relates to unhealthy ideas of masculinity, and how these ideas contribute to violence towards self, women, and the community.

A native of Detroit, MI, Spencer is a former educator with the Detroit Public Schools. He holds a Master of Arts in teaching from Wayne State University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from New York Theological Seminary, where his focus of study was Conflict Transformation. His doctoral work focused on the systemic influence of patriarchy in religion, and its tendency to oppress and perpetrate violence towards women. Based on his dissertation, Spencer published his first book, Conspiracy of Silence: Religious and Patriarchal Roots of Violence Towards Women.

He is also a Harm Reduction Specialist and previously worked for Men Stopping Violence as a Certified Family Violence Intervention Practitioner, where he intervened with men to disrupt abusive behaviors. In addition to his harm reduction work, he’s also an Adjunct Professor at Emory University’s Candler School of Theology.

Spencer lives in Atlanta with his wife, Erica Parks Murray.
